Dr Dabo Guan

Senior Lecturer at Sustainability Research Institute, University of Leeds, and Senior Member and Director of Studies in Economics of St Edmund’s College, University of Cambridge with good experience of sustainability studies and a proven track record of high quality publications in international peer reviewed journals. He specialises in international climate change policies for mitigation, climate change adaptation, scenario analysis on environmental impacts, water resources accounting and management, input-output modelling and their applications in both developed and developing countries. He is a Lead Author for the Working Group III (WG III) to the 5th Assessment Report (AR5) of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), Chapter 14 on “Regional Development and Cooperation”.

4CMR works closely with the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance, with overlapping interests, skills and projects. C-EENRG is also located in the Department of Land Economy, with a core mission to "conduct integrative research on the governance of environmental transitions, understood as social and technological processes driven by environmental constraints that lead to fundamental changes in social organisation."
